Talent & Gift Testing
Scientifically & professionally predict you or your child’s career 20+ years in advance.
Identify Your Gift And Talent in 3 steps
Step 1: Oral Screening
Talk to one of our assessors to gather basic candidate information and back ground. This is similar to a nurse's desk visit.
Step 2: Psycho-metric Screening
Similar to visiting a doctor, professional psychologists conduct specialized psycho-questions, enhancing traditional IQ test with computer software and special AI assistance.
Step 3: Anthropo-Biometric Screening
A non-invasive 3D optical camera captures your body model and scientifically confirms talent through bio-metric technology, mapping out your neural paths. These three steps ensure accuracy and eliminate biases.

Talent Identification & Discovery
Talent Identification, or “Spotting,” relies on initial observations to recognize unique abilities of people “at first sight”. For example, in China, basketball scouts target children as young as 9 based on height, exemplified by Yao Ming’s discovery. However, height alone doesn’t guarantee success; one local fan noted, “If height were the determining factor, we would be the best team in the world!” History is rife with examples of great men whose talent initially went unrecognized. Overlooked talents often miss out on development opportunities, echoing historical figures like Einstein who was told would never amount to anything, Honda who was rejected by Toyota during a job interview, and Warren Buffet whose application was rejected at a Harvard admissions interview.
Identifying future leaders poses a similar challenge. Recruiters often prioritize academic records and demeanor, overlooking innate leadership qualities. If we go on the basis that leadership is part inborn talent and part acquired skill, then the key to spotting future leaders among early career talents is to pay more attention to the less learnable “inborn” qualities of the person. While Talent Identification provides initial insights, a more comprehensive assessment is required to tell you the true talent of a person. With a more professional and scientific approach, that is where Gift and Talent Screening comes in.
Talent Based Learning
Talent-Based Learning (TBL) diverges from traditional academic approaches, which prioritize grades as the end goal. TBL operates on the premise of a professional assessment preceding education, with talent serving as the catalyst for passion-driven, intuitive learning. In TBL, the learner’s career trajectory is understood beforehand, shaping a tailored learning journey that aligns with their learning style, output, and expression. Recognizing individuality, TBL challenges the one-size-fits-all approach of traditional curricula, acknowledging that not all learners aspire to be “Renaissance People.” Instead, it embraces diverse brain strengths and adapts educational technologies accordingly, nurturing inherent talents and minimizing resistance. In essence, TBL empowers learners by harnessing their unique strengths, fostering engagement, and ensuring a meaningful educational experience.

ACAEL
The Council for Accreditation of Experiential Learning (CAEL), the African branch of the World Council for Accreditation of Experiential Learning, was established in 1997. CAEL uses scientific and professional tools to evaluate and assign credit values to life achievements and work experiences. This process allows adults, often excluded from higher education due to traditional academic requirements, to earn credits and pursue higher education based on their experiential learning.
1. Mature Talent Evaluation:
CAEL uses a process called MATRIC, which involves specialized tools and experts to evaluate an individual's life achievements and work experiences. This evaluation is known as "Mature Talent Evaluation."
2. Credit Matriculation and Accreditation:
Based on the evaluation, CAEL assigns credit values through a process called "Credit Matriculation." This step involves creating a report and a "Learning Prescription" that matches the individual's experience to traditional course units in the form of credit points. The prescription includes recommended courses, levels, modules for exemption, additional modules, and support programs to fill any skills gaps.
2. University and College Enrollment:
CAEL collaborates with international universities that recognize these credit values. This collaboration allows adults to join university courses without the usual grade thresholds from traditional exams, providing access to higher education for those previously excluded due to rigid academic policies.

F.A.Qs
To ensure both global and local recognition, ACAEL collaborates with government-accredited universities listed in the UNESCO Handbook of World Universities. This guarantees that your degree will be accepted internationally. Before enrolling in any program through ACAEL’s Experiential Accreditation, you will receive evidence of government recognition for degrees earned by past graduates. Post graduation we will have your degree endorsed by the Commission of University Education (CUE-Kenya)
Gift and Talent Testing is a scientific and professional way to discover a person’s natural abilities in different areas. This can include school subjects but also other talents that might not be related to academics. The process includes talking with experts, psychological tests, and using a special 3D optical device that safely scans the body to help identify different talents.
